I've made a mistake with my order, what can I do?

If you have ordered the wrong size, colour or just had a change of heart, please contact us as soon as possible so the changes can be made.

Usually orders are sent at 3pm each day (excluding weekends) so please bear this in mind when attempting to change your order.

How do I cancel my order?

If, for whatever reason you decide that you want to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP. Orders are sent at 3pm each day (excluding weekends) so please bear this in mind when attempting to change your order.

If your order has already been dispatched, we can accept a return or exchange, but P&P costs will be at the cost of the customer.

Did my order go through?

If you are unsure whether your order went through or not, please check your email inbox and spam folder for our confirmation email. Your order will also show up in your account if you have created one prior to ordering.

Do you price match?

We are happy to price match any items you have seen online in the UK, provided the item is exactly the same colour, size and currently in stock. Please contact us with the information about the garment in question so we can make the necessary checks before making a decision at our own discretion.

The item i purchased is now cheaper in the sale, can I have a refund?

We know this can be frustrating, but unfortunately this is the nature of a SALE. We are unable to refund on any markdowns in the sale unless it was purchased the same day.

I'm not sure what size I am?

If you are thinking of buying a product that you are unfamiliar with and not sure which size to go for, please contact us with the item(s) you are interested in and what size and we will get to you with measurements as soon as possible.
